Do you charge an Admin fee?

No the one low price includes all our Administrative duties to manage your classroom account.
What if I want to cancel?

No problem! Just reach out to us prior to your next payment date and we will discontinue your account and close your classroom.
What if there is a problem & my credit card is declined?

To ensure that your service is not disrupted call our Administrative office and make arrangements to begin using your new card.
Can I pay by cheque?

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer cheque payment at this time. If required, please contact us to discuss alternate payment arrangements.
Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial. However, you're free to try the program for 1 month at just $65 per student.
How can I pay?

Payment is accepted online via our Secure Payment Provider. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. As such, it's important to select the billing plan that is best for you. If you are unsure about the program, we recommend trying it for 1 month first. You can also join a live virtual tour to see how it works before you pay.
