Students who wish to work at home usually don’t want to be tied in to specific times to be online for classes. Because of this, Dezigned Edge is entirely asynchronous. This means that if students prefer to immerse themselves in a single topic, they can do that and complete one course before ever starting the next one. If other students prefers a variety of topics, they can start all their courses at once and work through them all in smaller chunks.

The Dezigned Edge team have been working with children online for several years and have been able to help students in all grades achieve their personal goals. We’re here to help you on your educational journey at home by supplementing your existing homeschool activities.

If a child is an early bird and wants to log in and complete work before dawn, he or she can. The online classrooom is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is great also for students who travel for sports, cultural activities, or family exploration, as they can log in from anywhere in the world to complete lessons and assignments.

Courses have been designed so that students are taught the same learning outcomes as in a traditional classroom.  Provincial standards are used so that homeschool students can take courses to ensure they don’t fall behind their peers in the public system.  Because courses are designed to be self-paced, students can work within the provincial curriculum based on their individual learning level.
